Former Nurse · Night Concierge · Developer/Network Engineer · Trainee psychotherapist · London
I work night shifts caring for people, buildings, and the stories that move between them. Alongside the frontline work, I build gentle, data-driven tools that make complex systems feel simple—dashboards, audits, and workflows that help teams see clearly, act quickly, and treat residents with dignity. My aim is always the same: take friction out of the system so ordinary encounters can become spaces for growth and meaning. My practice weaves together technology, clinical care, and psychotherapy. I have degrees in computing and internet application development, clinical training in nursing, and I’m training in integrative psychotherapy. That mix keeps me both practical and reflective—equally at home debugging a process, de-escalating a tense conversation, or listening for what isn’t yet being said. I value neighbourliness, clear boundaries, and trauma-informed communication; confidentiality and calm under pressure are non-negotiables. I live with and look after—my elderly mum. I’m grounded by three wonderful sisters and five grown children (4 boys and a Girl), who keep my compass steady. East London is home, night shifts are my rhythm, and my work is guided by a simple promise: be useful, be kind, and leave every place a little more organised and a little more human.
